GOALS
Here are some of my goals for my Practicum, Personal, and Professional.
PRACTICUM
â—‹ Long-Term Goal: I would like the chance to plan a program for teens while working at the public library.

â—‹ Short-Term Goal: I would like to learn more about the process of weeding. Like what else does gets taken into account with it and if you weed a whole series or justcertain books in a series.
PERSONAL
â—‹ Long-Term Goal: I would like to be a published author, either by self-publishing or traditionally published.
â—‹ Short-Term Goal: I would like to be moved into an apartment by the end of the year
PROFESSIONAL
○ Long-Term Goal: I plan to get my Master’s in Library Science later down the line. Maybe in like five or six years, depending on hwo far I get with my LTA in a library.
â—‹ Short-Term Goal: I would like the chance to work in Tech Services at a public library to gain more experience in that area
